Etienne founded Forest & Green in 2012 after more than a decade working as Procurement Director for an award winning bar / restaurant and festival company in London.

His in-depth expertise and many years of project experience in procurement and sponsorship in f&b, led him to want to start his own company with a personal feel.

He has worked with and advised for Mothership Group, Cantaloupe Group, Big Chill Festival, Greenman Festival, Antic, One Circle Events, NOLA, The FLying Burrito and Hammer & Tongs.

During this time Etienne has negotiated lucrative and highly successful partnership programmes / sponsorship with a portfolio of brands including Red Bull, Heineken, AB INBEV, Pernod Ricard, Campari, Moet and Sky TV.
